Moretto Exhibits a Broad Range of Solutions for the Plastics Industry at NPE 2018

Moretto, a leading manufacturer of automated solutions for the plastics processing industry, showcased its broad range of solutions portfolio at NPE 2018 in Orlando, May 7-11,2018.

At NPE 2018, Booth W8545 and Booth S17095, Moretto exhibited new solutions for resin transportation, de-humidification, blending, liquid temperature control and factory supervision, dedicated to several industrial sectors.

Moretto exhibited a comprehensive solutions portfolio at NPE, which included:

• New expanded Eureka multi-hopper drying system, including the new Moisture Meter Manager, which includes the Industry 4.0 system. The Moisture Meter Manager was also displayed on a more conventional dryer and single hopper, demonstrating Moisture Meter signal exchange with the dryer for error-free drying and maximum energy savings.

• Moretto solutions for bottling applications, a complete installation of material conveying and drying for PET, presented at Booth S17095, including the XD drying system and the OTX drying hopper.

• SC Purex, latest design in effective condensation of post-drying volatiles.

Also on display was Moretto’s latest member of the Kasko loader series, the new F-24 self contained loader family, specifically designed for the higher volume American marketplace. The F24 loader is a robust motor loader providing up to 650 lbs/hr of conveying capacity with no need for a remote pump.
